The Finance Department of the Waco Housing Authority is made up of the Vice President of Financial Services, Accountant/Compliance Officer, Accountant, Human Resources Specialist, three Accounting Clerks and a Procurement Officer. This department is primarily responsible for all monetary management, external HUD reporting and purchasing for the Housing Authority.
