Administrative Services
The Department of Administrative Services is comprised of the Vice President of Administrative Services, one Administrative Assistant,two Administrative Secretaries and one Receptionist. The department is responsible for the majority of the clerical work of the agency.

The Administrative Services Department handles a variety of duties ranging from computer input of all applications received to arranging all travel and training for the agency. They pick up, sort and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail for the agency. They also do a variety of projects whenever needed for all the departments of the agency. They prepare the reports and make arrangements for all board meetings.

The Receptionist takes care of the front lobby area and assists all visitors and clients that come in and call. The department, as a whole, does a variety of tasks and has become a supportive asset to the agency.
