Yardi Software! ?? 

What does this mean for you? ?? 

  1. Rent Cafe Landlord Portal: 

  • Efficient Communication: Landlords can easily communicate with us through the portal, streamlining rent collection, lease renewals, and other essential interactions. 

  • Financial Insights: Access financial statements, rent payments, and property performance metrics. 

  • Document Management: Upload and manage lease agreements, inspection reports, and other relevant documents. 

  1. Rent Cafe Tenant Portal  

  • Self-Service Options: Tenants can pay rent (WHA managed units), view lease details, and stay informed about property announcements. 

  • Real-Time Updates: Receive updates on community news and events. 

  • Document Access: Easily retrieve lease agreements and move-in instructions. 

  • Annual Re-exams and Interims: Complete annual & interim certifications conveniently through the tenant portal. Digital signatures, verifications and other critical information processing made easy
