MELODY GROVE APARTMENTS 1809 JJ Flewellen

WAITLIST OPENING NOTICE

The waiting list for Melody Grove Apartments will open for one- and two-bedroom apartment homes for families beginning:

May 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM

To apply, please visit wacopha.org.

How to Apply

Applicants must:

· Have a valid email address

Apply on registered Rent Cafe account (established applicants/tenants)

Or

· Create a Rent Café account to complete the online application 

Applications must be submitted electronically. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Preference will be given to applicants age 55 and older, with an additional senior preference for applicants between the ages of 55 and 61, in accordance with applicable housing guidelines.

Placement on the waiting list will be determined by the date and time the application is received, along with any applicable preferences. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee eligibility or a unit offer.

Reasonable Accommodations request can be completed in rent cafe using the Reasonable accommodations button.
