Covid physical appointment policy

Waco Housing Authority Appointment policy

 

Waco Housing Authority will continue to provide virtual appointments to our clients/residents as needed.

 

Limited physical appointments are available, if deemed necessary.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • A reasonable necessity to physically visit our office

 

Masks and Safety

 

  • Anyone entering our offices/properties will be required to adhere to our COVID protocols by wearing a mask and maintaining a social distance of six feet as well as answering the proper COVID related questions and allowing a temperature reading. Temp is taken with a touchless process that takes the temperature from the forehead.

 

  • Those who are granted a scheduled appointment will be expected to have any requested documentation available to complete business while at our facility.

 

  • All persons entering our property must be granted a physical appointment, only those with appointments will be permitted to enter. Children or family members will not be permitted. WHA will limit access to only those who are doing business.

 

  • Waco Housing Authority will limit the number of appointments permitted at a time. Those with appointments will not be admitted to the office until WHA staff and facilities are prepared to receive you. 

 

  • Waco Housing will make every effort to meet scheduled appointment times, however delays are possible. 

 

  • Refusal/violation to any our COVID-19 protocol will not be tolerated, they will not be allowed to enter the property or will be asked to leave.
