The Information Technology Department consists of two Network/Systems Administrators who report to the Director of Administrative Services & I.T.
It is the responsibility of this department to maintain and manage all of the computer systems and communications equipment for the agency. The Housing Authority uses a proprietary accounting and Housing software as the backbone of its administrative computing environment controlled by HMS software created by HAB,INC an MRI software Company.
The ITS Department is also responsible for 9 Satellite Offices including Rising Images (Raintree / Picadilly and Cimmaron / Hunnington / Misty Square Apartments), Hill and Somervell County, Mart Housing Authority, Kate Ross, South Terrace, Estella Maxey Rental Offices, Community Services, and Maintenance.
